With the integration of Halo WMS, the grocery giant optimized its warehousing and inventory processes, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and a seamless shopping journey. The Rover Last Mile App brought the digital experience full circle, providing customers with real-time delivery tracking and elevating last-mile delivery to new heights. Within a remarkable 12 months, Shop Raha's virtual grocery wonderland came to life. The Mission Platform's arsenal of features enabled the handling of 25,000 diverse grocery items with precision. The advanced analytics capabilities ensured data-driven insights, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Shop Raha's success story extends beyond the numbers but here’s a few figures to put things into perspective - 99.5% delivery success rate, and a real-time symphony of advanced analytics, the platform has not just embraced tech but led a grocery revolution. The dynamic fusion of Mission Platform features like channel management, real-time inventory tracking, workforce management and marketing campaigns really set this project apart from others.
The expansion plans include further leveraging the Mission Platform's capabilities, with a custom development in Halo WMS, the team at Raha pushes the limits further with running an efficient, scalable online grocery business.
